You are probably wondering how this all works in practice.

Normally speaking, the translation process runs along the following lines:
If you are interested, you can contact Language-World (see the Contact section for all the contact information and a form you can use if you want to).

As soon as we have received the document(s) to be translated, we provide you with a free quote. There are, of course, no strings attached. We can receive your texts in several different formats, including Word, Excel, Access, WordPerfect and as an Adobe PDF-file. For documents which are delivered on paper, in PDF-format or by fax, a supplement of 10% maximum can be charged. For very urgent assignments, a supplement of 25% maximum can be charged. We will of course always inform you of these supplements before we start with the translation.

If you agree to the competitive price we have offered you, we will send you a confirmation of your order. We will automatically assume that you have agreed to our terms and conditions.

Language-World will then get down to business as quickly as possible, and deliver the translated text(s) by the previously determined deadline and in the format of your choice.

Language-World will be available throughout the whole process for any questions or comments you may have. Only one thing matters to us: you, the client, must be 100% satisfied.

When we deliver the translated text(s), Language-World will at the same time send you a bill, which should be paid within 30 days after the date of the invoice, unless we have agreed otherwise. In principle, an invoice is made shortly after each assignment. Regular clients however usually receive one invoice per month, which contains all the assignments of the last month.

In the end the order has - once again – been completed to your total satisfaction, and we look forward to working with you again.
